A concrete pump reducer is used to connect pipes of different diameters together and is typically made of high-strength steel. The reducer plays a crucial role in ensuring that the concrete flows smoothly and quickly through the pump, reducing the risk of blockages and ensuring that the concrete is delivered where it is needed.
Concrete Pump Reducer Feature
[Double-layer Structure]: The outer tube of the reducer is typically made from high-strength, low-alloy materials with a tensile strength of over 500MPa, which ensures that it is safe and reliable even under heavy use. Meanwhile, the inner tube is typically made from high-chromium cast iron with a hardness of over 65, which provides excellent wear resistance and helps to extend the lifespan of the reducer.
[Equal Life Design]: To ensure that all parts of the concrete pumping system have an equal lifespan, special attention is paid to the materials used in the design. For example, high-chromium alloy is used for parts such as flanges and elbows, which are subject to different flow rates, pressures, and flow directions of the concrete in the conveying system. This material provides excellent wear resistance, with a durability that is up to 10 times that of the inner pipe of the straight pipe.
Concrete Pump Reducer Advantages
[High-precision & Lightweight]: The wall thickness of the concrete conveying pipe is critical to its performance and durability. We can control the tolerance within 0.2mm, which ensures that the pipes are uniform in wear and lightweight in design. This is achieved through the use of high-precision raw materials that are carefully selected for their quality and consistency.
[High Precision & Interchangeability]: The straight pipes of the reducer are designed with a length tolerance that is controlled at 1mm. This level of precision ensures that our pipes are compatible with a wide range of major host manufacturers, making them a versatile and reliable choice for any concrete pumping system.

The Maintenance of Concrete Pump Reducer
1. Replace the gear oil for the reducer every 500 working hours.
2. Regularly apply butter to the surface of all the gears in the reducer every 3 months. If there is dirt on the gear surface during the inspection, the dirt should be removed immediately to prevent gear damage, resulting in downtime and loss of maintenance costs.
3. Use a grease gun to lubricate the slewing bearing with grease every week through the oil nozzle on the oil seat.
4. Once the nuts and bolts used for fastening are found to be loose during the construction process, they should be replaced immediately, and no further construction is allowed, so as to prevent accidents.
